The Warrenville location is OPEN! Nuki Sushi adds some more diversity to the Cantera corridor. Itβs a quiet, sleek little spot that delivers the exact cozy, premium atmosphere you want for a proper sushi dinner. Since it's their grand opening, they are currently running the menu from their Glen Ellyn location, but my waiter let me know that a signature, Warrenville-specific menu will come soon. I stuck to the popular items: shumai, the Mafia roll, and mochi. The fish was incredibly fresh, and trying the black sushi rice was a massive highlightβhealthy, unique, and just as delicious as traditional white rice. And itβs a quick walk from the theater so excellent pre or post movie meal.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Nuki Sushi Restaurant in Chicago, and I was absolutely blown away by the food. The menu is full of inventive and creative rolls, all made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. We started our meal with the Crispy Tuna, which was a generous portion of spicy tuna and fresh guacamole on top of crispy rice, topped with jalapeΓ±o, cilantro, and unagi sauce and wasabi mayo. It was the perfect way to end a delicious meal. We then had the Turtle roll, which was a delicious combination of unagi, avocado, and crunch, draped with shrimp, wasabi mayo, and unagi sauce. The Mafia roll was also excellent, with its black rice, spicy tuna, cucumber, avocado, and tuna topping. We also had the Tuna Tataki, which was seared tuna with a citrus vinaigrette, shredded radish, micro greens, and ponzu sauce. It was perfect and the flavors were simply outstanding. The service at Nuki Sushi Restaurant was also impeccable. Our waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. She also made sure that our water glasses were always full. Overall, I had an amazing dining experience at Nuki Sushi Restaurant. The food was incredible, the service was t

Best value top-notch sushi. We visited Chicago during Thanksgiving, and looked for a special places for sushi. We were blown away by the innovative and highly delicious tastes. River Beast with the black rice tastes so good, and Picasso Roll was so refreshing. We had bread pudding for dessert and it was so wonderful. We will definitely go back, if we are in Chicago again.

My favourite sushi spot in Chicago. If you don't feel like reading through a lot of text, look no further because the only thing you'll regret is not finding Nuki Sushi sooner. Ended up finding Nuki by accident and since that very day, I have came here 15+ times and introduced at least six different people who all equally share my same enthusiasm. Starting from the appetisers I would recommend spicey miso soup, shrimp shumai, and fresh sashimi served decoratively over a bed of ice. Even the salad is damn good. There are a variety of rolls to choose from, some fried, some served in flames, and some that are of black rice. If there's one thing that always leaves me impressed is the consistency and quality of food. The person who runs this place cares about his restaurant and it shows in everything. Did I mention that it's BYOB and the prices are ridiculously amazing? Seriously there's not one place that can compare in my opinion. To get the same amount of food/quality of food that I get here I would spend a good +$30-50 at other sushi joints. With that being said, thank you for all that you guys do. You are awesome and I hope business keeps growing because the world deserves to k

Walked in a little after 9pm on Friday night and the atmosphere was wonderful. Peaceful and relaxing. It's BYOB. The waiter was attractive, welcoming, and provided great service. The food was delicious. Got four rolls to share between three people. Less than $66. All the fish was clean and fresh. Cannot wait to go back as it's only a 4 minute walk from my apartment.
